SISTER SESSION is a short film about girls in the BMX scene. The documentary has first been screened at the Bicycle Film Festival in summer 2012 and now the entire SISTER SESSION is available online. It documents the women competing in the Simple Session BMX jam and looks behind the scenes. The BMX scene might be a male dominated sport, but probably it will not ever be like this. SISTER SESSION is about women going big, crashin hard and pushing each other to it in the BMX sport.
Yes, women’s BMX is a small community. But it is a tight and growing one. And they are making their way to big competitions around the world. This documentary shows their first time ever presence at a major event like Simple Session.

The film has been playing in Bicycle Film Festivals in 30 cities worldwide.
