American indie/wave band BLOUSE has completed the works on their sophomore album. Imperium is the name of the follow-up to their self-titled debut from 2011 and it’s set for a release on September 17 via Captured Tracks. And already today the band from Portland shares No Shelter, a first track from it. Singer Charlie Hilton about the track: “I felt pretty bad at the time and wanted to escape myself.
