She & Him announce new album “Volume Three” for May

Indie-pop duo SHE & HIM have announced details of their third studio album which will be – in the continuity of its predecessors – entitled Volume Three. The side-project by M. Ward and actress Zoeey Deschanel will release the new longplayer via Merge in the US and Double Six in Europe in early May. The record consists of eleven original compositions and three covers – furthermore featured guests include Mike Watt, TILLY AND THE WALL, Pierre de Reeder from RILO KILEY, DEVOTCHKA‘s Tom Hagerman and NRBQ’s Joey Spampinato. Currently SHE & HIM have no new material to actually present us – but expect it to appear soon. In the meantime have a look on the tracklist and enjoy a classic from Volume Two back in 2010.
