As promised earlier this month, NOTHING BUT HOPE AND PASSION wants to keep you updated on the rumours aorund the comeback of french electronic robots DAFT PUNK. It’s been eight years now since their last longplayer Human After All and the only thing we’ve heard from the two french robots since then was their score for the sci-fi blockbuster Tron: Legacy. As The Hollywood Reporter now reveals, the duo will team of with Sony ‘s daughter Columbia Records for a new deal. Another source also confirms that the highly anticipated new longplayer might happen earlier than expected, talking about this spring. Of course nothing as been officially confirmed by now but it looks like it’s only a matter of time.
UPDATE: The Guardian now confirmed that the new longplayer from DAFT PUNK will be out in May. Details are still to follow
