Following their really sweet first releases Sin and The Guy With The Gammy Eye in 2015 we lost a bit track on British three-piece Peluché but considering the fact that they also stopped releasing new music for a bit this is excusable, right? Now the three women return with a really great new single called Keep Making Me Happy. It comes with a trippy groove that feels a bit like ‘Krautrock meets Kate Bush’. According to the band the track developed from a mood and an unspoken feeling as they explain the origins of the new single: ‘We were jamming in our shed to some old Ibiza Club Classics and suddenly the bassline, beat and atmospheric sounds arose, built and repeated until we were lost in the rhythm of the groove.’ It’s indeed five minutes of gentle space funk that invite you to lose yourself in it. Peluché are also working on their first full album which hopefully arrives later in 2018.
