As the days get shorter and the appearance of the sun becomes a rare one we’re happy for every piece of music that brings sunshine into our microcosm, we must say. So, we’re more than happy to have this talented new band called AY WING on board to deliver a sweet and sunny piece of floating pop with their latest single Forgot To Live. The two like to describe themselves as ‘Gritpopduo’, consisting of producer Ralph Phillips and singer Alex Landtwing. Together the Swiss/English duo resided in Berlin to perfect their fresh mixture of pop, indie, R&B and jazz.
The self-titled debut EP by AY WING is out now via Siblings Records and NOTHING BUT HOPE AND PASSION is extremely happy to bring to the world premiere of their latest clip Forgot To Live. The video was shot by Tom Gibbons with the help of Karin Matter and features dancer Jos Baker delivering an intense choreography in an abandoned factory.
