Good news ahead for fans of pumping beats, electronica and mesmerizing visuals: THE CHEMICAL BROTHERS seem to be ready for a big return in 2015. After already announcing a few live-dates on selected festivals next year, Tom Rowlands now confirmed that the legendary English Big Beat-outfit is working on a new record as well. The so far untitled album is due to be released at some point next year and apparently will once again contain some nice contributing artists. Rowland: “The most important feature of the album is that it connects with us emotionally in some way. We hope for finding a new way to make you feel. We dream of new sounds and different frames. We have worked with some guest singers but mostly the album is pure CHEMICAL BROTHERS.” The latest material from THE CHEMICAL BROTHERS dates back to 2010’s Further after which the duo scored a film and otherwise calmed down a little. Reports say that Ed Rowlands, the other CHEMICAL BROTHER will expand this pause concerning live-appearances in order to complete his studies. Nontheless, he’ll be involved in production of the new record. So there’s no reason to not grow some excitement, right?
