Coldplay and Cat Power share collaboration ‘Wish I Was Here’

The list of great contributions for the soundtrack to Zach Braff ‘s new movie Wish I Was Here just got a bit longer. Following the previously released Heavenly Father by BON IVER and THE SHINS’ So Now What now comes an interesting collaboration. CAT POWER and COLDPLAY join forces for the title-track off the movie with Mrs. Chan Marshall taking over lead vocals on the gentle piano ballad.

Braff’s new movie was partly crowdfounded by the filmmaker’s fans and will see a release on July the 18th. Stream the new collaboration over at NPR and watch the trailer for Wish I Was Here below.
