As if this man wasn’nt already busy enough. DAMON ALBARN is also optimistic about reunitung his comic band GORILLAZ in the not so distant future. He recently told NME: ‘I can definitely see another Gorillaz-esque record at some point and: I could put a Gorillaz record out next week; I’ve got enough stuff I haven’t finished.
So maybe we can hope for an official announcement of a new GORILLAZ album somewhere in the future. And even future musical plans with good old BLUR are possible as he furthermore told the British magazine: ‘Everything is good between us all. I’m sure we’ll play again at some point.’
As you might remember he recently ALBARN also implied that he could imagine a collaboration album with NOEL GALLAGHER. And don’t forget – on April 28 DAMON ALBARN will release his solo debut Everyday Robots. Seriously, is there anything this man can’t do? We are excited and keep you informed.
