Erlend Øye releases new single ‘Fence Me In’

Singer, multi-instrumentalist and producer ERLEND ØYE releases new material. The busy Norwegian, best known for his projects KINGS OF CONVENIENCE and THE WHITEST BOY ALIVE,  now returns with a single called Fence Me In. It is part of hisnew  solo record Legao which he plans to release in May via Bubbles Records. The relaxed song corresponds the musical style of the above-mentioned bands.

For Legao ØYE rounded up members of the Icelandic band HJALMAR who offered their studio in Reykjavik to record the album.

ØYE‘s musical flexibility shows another collaboration with the Bulgarian rapper DENA. He co-produced her single Flashed, featuring him on guitar. The track is included in DENA‘s debut Flash that will be out on March 10th via Normal Surround / !K7. He’s also playing BY:LARM FESTIVAL in Oslo these days.
