Following a few rumours over the course of the last year legendary shoegaze rock pioneers THE JESUS AND MARY CHAIN have finally announced their first studio album since 1998’s Munki. Damage and Joy will be released on March 24 via ADA/ Warner Music, featuring 14 new songs.
Jim und William Reid were also joined by former tour drummer Brian Young and LUSH basist Phil King. First music off the new THE JESUS AND MARY CHAIN album arrives in the form of its opener Amputation and the track Always Sad.
