Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds share new track ‘Do The Damage’

Almighty Britpop hero NOEL GALLAGHER and his HIGH FLYING BIRDS presents a new track called Do The Damage. The song is the B-side of their recent single The Heat of The Moment and won’t be part of the forthcoming new album Chasing Yesterday. Still, the former OASIS mastermind seems to be a pretty big fan of it as he states: ‘It won’t appear on Chasing Yesterday, but it’s probably a better song than its A-side. It’s a tough, riff-happy space-rocker with some serious teeth to it.’  GALLAGHER furthermore states that Do The Damage ‘might be the 23rd best song I ever wrote.’ So much for self-confidence.
