The Knife will write music for ‘anti-national cabaret’

Experimental as always – Swedish duo The Knife announced a collaboration with the political activist art project Ful for an ‘anti-national cabaret’.

Apart from their music THE KNIFE always made films, theatrical shows and used their music for political statements.

Now the sister and brother from Sweden have announced a collaboration with the art group FUL for an ‘anti-national cabaret’ called Europa Europa. Accordng to the band the play is about Sweden and EU’s migration politics.

FUL is a traveling political activist project, spezialized in ‘Sweden and EU’s migration politics’.

The premiere of the piece, that is written and directed by Nasim Aghili, will be July 1 in Sweden.
