Sound of the Night: Broken Twin – ‘No Darkness’

Simplicity often remains the best option when it comes to somehow verbalize the purest of emotions. It’s kind of a recipe for Danish singer/songwriter Majke Voss Romme and her alter ego BROKEN TWIN. The reduced piano-driven songs of the musician remain honest pieces of art pop that will instantly soak you into the artist’s microcosm. And No Darkness is another proof for that.

BROKEN TWIN was one of NOTHING BUT HOPE AND PASSION‘s favourite artists from this year’s SPOT Festival and we already talked with Mrs. Romme last year about her artistic approach. ‘I think it’s very important that you choose something to do with your life that you really feel for, not matter what it is, as long as you feel that it’s meaningful to you.’ she told us back then.
