Pixies announce new EP, share song Indie Cindy

The legendary PIXIES continue their comeback and announce a new EP, simply entitled EP-1, which is out now. The release features four new songs, not including the one-off track Bagboy which the band released earlier this summer.

After the departure of Kim Deal earlier this marks the first material with Kim Shattuck who’s now part of the band next to Black Francis, Joey Santiago and David Lovering. The EP is the first one in a series of mini releases which the band is planning to publish within the next 15 months. So, no album but plenty of EPs – clearly not the worst thing.
