Three quite different musicians united under one idea – Folk-singer SUFJAN STEVENS, rapper SERENGETI and experimental musician SON LUX continue their collaboration under a new alias – SISYPHUS. The band’s first longplayer is called like the group himself will be available for purchase from the Walker Art Center on February 15th. One months later – on March 18th – it will also get a full retail release via Asthmatic Kitty Records and Joyful Noise Recordings.
The three musicians previously already recorded music together under the alias s/s/s. According to STEVENS the band originally planned just another EP before they decided to go full length and under a new name.
