Following LORDE‘s Yellow Flicker Beat Scottish pop trio CHVRCHES are the next in line with new music. Dead Air is the name of their contribution and it’s both – quite dark in terms of the lyrical content but also quite catchy like we know Lauren Mayberry and her boys.
Recently the band already unveiled Get Away, a song for BBC Radio 1’s re-score of the movie Drive. This one and Dead Air weren’t part of last year’s praised debut The Bones Of What You Believe and the fact that we might wait a bit longer for a proper follow-up makes us worship this new material even more.
