30 years after their debut LP Please British synthpop duo Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe aka PET SHOP BOYS aren’t interested in retirement. Today, the two gentlemen officially announced Super, their 13th studio album. The follow-up to 2013’s Electric will be released April the 1st via Kobalt Label Service, following a short guerilla marketing strategy over the past weeks. The record was once again produced by Stuart Price and seems to combine all the strength fans come to love from the PET SHOP BOYS.
Tennant and Lowe will also launch Super with an exclusive four-performance residency at the Royal Opera House this summer and you can order your ticket right here. A first trailer is up below as well as a first song called Inner Sanctum via Spotify. Enjoy it both right here.
