Last week multi-instrumentalist and ARCADE FIRE member WILL BUTLER announced the release of his first ever solo album Policy, today we can enjoy a first single from it called Take My Side.
The album is set for a release on March the 10th via Merge Records. According to the press release the record was recorded within one week in Jimi Hendrix’s old living room (upstairs at Electric Lady Studios). Jeremy Gara played drums; other musicians contributed woodwinds and backing vocals. The rest was performed by Mr. BUTLER himself.
