HANNE KOLSTØ gives us this Friday’s ‘sound of the night’ on NOTHING BUT HOPE AND PASSION in form of her new track called One Plus One Makes One Out Of Two.
The pop singer’s music contains elements of electronica and noise as well as acoustic guitars and experimental sounds. On her third album Stillness And Panic KOLSTØ also used old marching band instruments and pianos.
The pop singer, who was nominated for the Norwegian Grammy in 2012, wrote the music during a stay in the west of Norway. There she went on hikes through the silent lonely nature and came back with the ideas for her third solo album. After being already released last year in her home country, Stillness And Panic is about to officially arrive on May 7th in the UK as well.
One Plus One Makes One Out Of Two is a foretaste of this. Watch the unsettling video below.
