Yesterday electronic producer Aaron Jerome alias SBTRKT stopped by at the BBC Radio 1 studios to play an exclusive session, accompanying his forthcoming live shows at the Reading and Leeds festivals. Jerome did not only play New Dorp, New York, the already published collaboration with VAMPIRE WEEKEND‘s Ezra Koenig, but also new material from the forthcoming LP Wonder Where We Land.
War Drums is the name of a new collaboration between SBTRKT and WARPAINT lead singer Emily Kokal. An interesting combination, indeed. The full album arrives on September 23. You can enjoy the live version of War Drums below.
