Following his recent cooperation with the GORILLAZ, the one and only BENJAMIN CLEMENTINE returns with an epic new single. The over six minutes long Phantom Of Aleppoville is his first piece of new music since his critically acclaimed and Mercury Prize winning 2015 debut At Least For Now. The accompanying video was directed by British photographer Craig McDean and Russian filmmaker Masha Vasyukova and there’s quitea lot to discover here. Same goes for the song itself. It’s never easy for Mr. CLEMENTINE and that surely is part of the fascination, don’t you agree?
