Alright, 00s indie kids, this one’s for you? Almost one decade after their joyful debut Partie Traumatic, four-piece BLACK KIDS finally released a follow-up called Rookie. And even better: you can download the entire thing for free via their Bandcamp page below (or pay what you’d like to, of course). In case you forgot about the group’s existence don’t hesitate to get the tremendous I’m Not Gonna Teach Your Boyfriend How To Dance With You back into your ears.
Back in October the band already released a video for Obligatory Drugs, now their comes another clip in the form of In A Song. According to the liner notes Rookie has already been recorded back in September 2015. There is no information yet whether BLACK KIDS are back for good, they are really ending their radio silence or this is just a long overdue gift to their loyal fanbase. Anyway, time for a musical flashback right here.
