One week ago, beloved German rap maniac CASPER announced his new LP Lang Lebe der Tod (‘Long live the Death’). Today he shared a gloomy and epic black-and-white music video for the title-track. The song comes with an impressive and diverse list of featured artists, including Swiss neo-Schlager singer DAGOBERT, German indietronic band SIZARR and Blixa Bargeld of industrial legends EINSTÜRZENDE NEUBAUTEN.
The Christian Alsan-directed video underlines the dark tone of the song as it somehow feels like it was inspired by acclaimed 2009 German movie The White Ribbon (directed by Michael Haneke). The follow-up to CASPER‘s 2013 LP Hinterland arrives on September 23.
