The soundtrack for this week’s Monday blues comes straight from the heart of Sweden. Talented songwriter Ellinor Nilsson and her alter ego DE MONTEVERT present their new song Let’s Not Run Away Together today exclusively via NOTHING BUT HOPE AND PASSION.
The song itself took a while to take shape. Nilsson spent almost two years trying out different studios and producers. She finally found a musical home in the form of producer Kalle Johansson and a really small studio on the outskirts of Umeå in northern Sweden. Right here DE MONTEVERT recorded her self-titled debut album in the course of two weekends. A very basic and raw recording process, right? The full-length arrives on December the 2nd, the single already tomorrow via label Nomethod Records.
