DIE WILDE JAGD (‘The Wild Hunt’) are Ralf Beck and Sebastian Lee Philipp from Düsseldorf and Berlin – little wonder that the duo’s exciting sound oscillates between krautrock and dark wave. Their self-titled debut record is about to be released on May the 1st and there are some tourdates coming up as well, presented by yours truly NOTHING BUT HOPE AND PASSION. Go check them out below. Already today DIE WILDE JAGD are premiering their new clip for the song Wah Wah Wallenstein right here and it’s a really thriving piece of sinister synth pop with trippy visual elements. It fits the tune very well we must say and the duo’s playful attitude towards the whole ‘Jagd’ (hunt) leitmotif is rather refreshing. So go for it and get carried away by this wild hunt for rhythmic excess.
