Context?
That the three Italian guys living in Gothenborg have a knack for music videos that really shake up the emotions inside you, had been proved by their music video to Brontos. Confirming that they really can mix video and music together to create one touching piece of art, EMMECOSTA have just released their video to their new song Thousands of Me.
Why Should I Watch This?
Shot on 8mm film and set in and around Los Angeles, the video directed by Edward John Drake is in itself, a whole short movie. The story revolves around a father trying to contact his dead daughter. What we then see is the girl’s path up to and after her murder. Definitely something that really gets under your skin, the video is beautifully shot and the use of 8 mm film makes the story line even creepier and even adds that right kind of melancholy to it all.
Anything Else?
The new single Thousands of Me already sounds promising and we can’t wait to hear what the trio has planned for next year. But for now, take a look at the video below.
