As a careful reader of our magazine you’re probably aware of the steady success of German post hardcore trio FJØRT. The three guys from Aachen proved themselves to be devoted and relentless musicians in the last couple of years (feel invited to get back to our little Introducing we had back then). Especially 2014’s debut album D’accord made them one of the few outstanding voices of their genre in Germany and earned them a spot in our list of 10 current German-singing acts to know about.
A few weeks ago FJØRT reported back with another exlamaction mark of an album called Kontakt, now released by acclaimed German indie label Grand Hotel van Cleef. And of course, as it is their attitude, there’s no album release without extensive touring. So they’re about to enter the stages of Germany, Austria and the Switzerland soon – dates below – and in preparation for it, share a session video today for their new song Paroli.
