Remember when NOTHING BUT HOPE AND PASSION reported about a collaborative musical adventure between FRANZ FERDINAND and indie-pop legends SPARKS? That was one year ago and not much as happened since until now. The interesting joint venture, simply named FFS, is now teasing us in form of a little clip called The Domino Effect. Could be the name of a potential single or a full-length record.
One year ago SPARKS member Ron Mael was quoted about the project: ‘You can really hear a mashing together of both bands. If there was a train crash between Franz Ferdinand and Sparks, this is what the wreckage would sound like.’
