Australian dream pop duo HIGH HIGHS premieres the official music video for their latest single Ocean To City. The song follows Movement as a second teaser from the duo’s anticipated second studio album which is currently in the making. Their debut LP Open Season was also named one of NOTHING BUT HOPE AND PASSION‘s hidden musical treasures of 2013.
