The Love Troll, the new music video by American indie folk singer JON SIMONS, premieres exclusively on NOTHING BUT HOPE AND PASSION. The song comes from JON SIMONS‘ debut album Through the Walls, which was originally recorded back in 1999. In 2013 the record was remastered from the original analog mixtapes and is being re-released by Analog Sea for the first time on vinyl and download. Through the Walls was both a recording project and an experiment in creative isolation. SIMONS recorded the album during a six week spell of solitude. Without the help of computers or even samplers, the album was recorded on an old 1970’s analog reel-to-reel recorder and mixed in the analog domain as well. Enjoy The Love Troll.
