While KANYE WEST spent months to prepare us for the release of The Life Of Pablo, his hip hop colleague KENDRICK LAMAR just releases one without any warning. Last night, the critically acclaimed rap star released untitled unmastered, the follow-up to 2015’s To Pimp A Butterfly. It’s been released via Aftermath/Interscope/Top Dawg Entertainment and you can stream it right now via iTunes, Apple Music, Spotify, Google Play and Tidal.
No words yet on a retail release. The eight tracks on the album are all untitled but each have specific dates added to them, ranging from 2013 to 2016. KENDRICK LAMAR performed a few of them during previous TV performances and at the Grammys. You can revisit his performance of Unitled 2 at Jimmy Fallon right here.
