Polish rock band L.STADT plays slow and meandering blues music. Sometimes a little rougher, firm and loud, fuzzy and reverbed. Sometimes they create beautiful and big end-60s Pop moments, fully orchestrated and warm. With a crooning baritone. Psychedelic and sweet, like their overwhelming interpretation of the Lee Hazlewood gem Leather and Lace from 1970. Or, covered in a similar glaze, their take on all-time classic Come Away Melinda, which is just dazzling in its vintage perfection.

L.STADT singer and songwriter LUKASZ LACH now presents his solo effort Harder. A reduced ballad with swooning vocals put right into center. Accompanied just by gentle heart-beat and soft piano strokes, before growing into a creaking organ’s finale, almost breaking the song to pieces under the weight of distortion. Listen to the beautiful track Harder right here and to the cover of Come Away Melinda right here as well.
