For a long time it’s no more secret that Sweden is one of the most fertile birthplaces of new bewitching pop acts. And with NADIA NAIR we receive another one as a gift, donated by her discoverer Victor Rådström who already detected pop newcomer MIRIAM BRYANT.
On her jsut released debut EP Bon Voyage NADIA NAIR merges different influences and stylistic elements such as dark rock guitar, soul vibes, deep electronic bass and her unique, fiery voice in order to create a novel sound which aleady – especially regarding to the title track – was described as “Voodoo Music“, although “Voodoo Pop“ would be the better term.
