Wabi Sabi 1

Wabi Sabi is a Japanese term to explain a whole of a world view and/or an aesthetic frame. Centered around the acceptance of transience and imperfection, it’s more of a mindset that changes one’s perspective towards living and seeing things around. Obviously, Michele Cohen, the Founder and CEO of the fashion brand Wabi Sabi, has connected with this broad notion and named her work-baby after it.

I don’t think that I’ve stumbled upon many brands that can guarantee 100% sustainability. Wabi Sabi offers that. When it comes to quality, they certify that they only work with the best suppliers and craftsment. They address to sophisticated, strong women that have zero time to overthink on an outfit. For a woman who wants to wear something that can respond to her daily routine challenges, Wabi Sabi seems to be the perfect brand. It is as if they somehow channelled with all the assertive women across the world in order to create practical and classy dresses for them.

‘We use 100% certified organic fabrics, and we manufacture under fair trade conditions while respecting the environment. Good for People and Good for the Planet.’

Let’s have a look at their designs and try to embrace the whole concept of Wabi Sabi!
