If you love haunting and challenging music with a certain dark and melancholic twist there is absolutely no way that you can avoid established label Denovali Records and its ongoing high quality output. Ever since the label was founded back in 2003 it became an international name for experimental music that exists indepently aside off the mainstream. From BLUENECK to JOHN LEMKE – we featured countless artists from the German avantgarde institution before, so we’re happy to present the fothcoming edition of the acclaimed Denovali Festival.
After already two very successfull festival editions at Radialsystem Berlin and London’s St Johns Sessions in late spring, the event now returns home to the city of Essen in Germany where ot was originally took place for the first time back in 2007. Expect a 4-day-long festival, happening during between October 1 and 4, 2015. This year’s edition will give you a total amount of 21 acts on three regular days and a pre-event with two artists on Thursday October 1st. Their sets will as always be as long as a proper club concert (around an hour).
