Vitalic - Fade Away Remixes EP - 2013

The French Techno producer VITALIC aka Pascal Arbez is a well-known name for his pumping gig-room-electro-eave sound. His last album, Rave Age, came along with excellent feedback and so he will release his new EP, Fade Away, on March 25th 2013 via Citizen Records / Different Recordings. But the EP is not that bleeding-edge-techno as you might think and expect. The spring is coming and so is Fade Away surprisingly fleet footed and pop. It was one of the main songs from Rave Age in which Joe Reeves from SHIT DISCO sang for his live. The Fade Away EP comes along with the original song and three synth-pop tracks. The cheerful remix by the 4 headed French DJ collective C2C works best when you drive through the concrete walls of your city in a balmy summernight. C2C’s signature scratching to transform the original release into a more refreshing electro track. But don’t worry if you also like minimal tunes inspired by PAUL KALKBRENNER. You’ll also get this in the VITALIC formentera rework of Fade Away which will probably flow through the club speakers this year. The last version is a pulsative electro-house mix by NOOB and is the most aggressive part of the EP. After this you definitely figure out why VITALIC is someone to be talked about as a good DJ in this decade. Don’t forget to check out also VITALIC’s music video for Stamina and listen to the edit version of Fade Away below.
