The mysterious dark wave hip hop duo WXLVES just released their debut album Rain 2004 as free download on their Soundcloud and Bandcamp page. Producer Mem2001 (Mark Michaelski of THE NEW DIVISION) and rapper BLACK BRAD met on a Halloween night and traded sounds, which led to their collaborative record. Rain 2004 is an album that you will fall in love with if you like acts like CHANCE THE RAPPER, THE WEEKND, and KENDRICK LAMAR.
