We’ve been waiting far too long for this news but now beloved Swedish indie-rock band TIGER LOU has officially scheduled their first studio album in eight years, although we have to wait a few more months for it. The Wound Dresser arrives on September 23 via label Startracks, being the band’s first release since A Partial Print from 2008.

The album is likely to feature the previous 2014 single Homecoming #2 as well as maybe also songs off last year’s EP California Hauling. A brand new TIGER LOU single called Leap Of Love is set for a digital release on May 20. In the meantime you can refresh your memory of Rasmus Kellerman’s discograpgy as his legendary 7″ trilogy from 2001 to 2004 is now getting available digitally for the first time ever via Spotify over the next weeks. Gone Drifting is already up for stream. Don’t forget to also read our interview feature with Kellerman from 2015 where he reflects on his previous releases.
