LE VERY are a five-piece from the heart of the always buzzing Berlin and their latest single Numbers is right there for you to become your personal hit of the summer. The band already released one EP called Playground last year and supported ZOOT WOMAN. There are worse things you can list in your artistic vita, right?
Why Should I Watch This?
If you love having a good time at night in an urban environment than you’ll find your soul brother and sister in LE VERY‘s lead singers Nikolas Tillmann and Naemi Simon. The two are exploring the nightly Rome in their Numbers clip and doing all sorts of crazy things while giving us another argument to get more excited about those forthcoming summer nights. It’s a ‘feel good clip’ that’s highly addictive, that much is for sure.
Anything Else?
The band’s debut album is simply titled V and arrives on August the 14th via Zukunftsmusik/Rough Trade. Expect more catchy synthpop melodies from the band whose line-up includes a very interesting element. Or two elements, to be exact. LE VERY actually have two dancers – Ada Sternberg and Nuria Ranjana – as full-time band members. Hopefully, they will do a more elegant job than Bez at the HAPPY MONDAYS back in the 80s, right?
