Wave pop trio THE XX is currently working on their highly anticipated third album. According to mastermind JAMIE XX in a recent interview with the BBC the follow-up to 2012’s sophomore longplayer Coexist is currently recorded in Texas. Further details are still missing but it looks like the band will approve their sound once more. Singer Romy Madley Croft told the NME a while back: ‘We’re definitely feeling inspired and ready to go. We played a lot of big stages on tour in the past year, and that’s something I’m sure will come through in the next album.’
