French blackgaze band ALCEST reports back with their music video Opale, a new teaser from their upcoming record Shelter. And unlike previous output by the group it won’t be that much black metal on it anymore but rather focusses on the shoegaze side of the music. Frontman Neige on the new longplayer: “I don’t think there are any metal music elements anymore, though a lot of very intense parts and dynamics are still there.” But no matter how you like to call it, the music stays beautiful.
