Experimental songwriter Erika M. Anderson aka EMA announced details for the follow-up to their critically acclaimed 2011 debut Past Life Martyred Saints. The Future’s Void is the name of the new album which will be released in early 2014 via Matador Records.
Already today Anderson shares Satellites, a first song from the album. According to Matador it “introduces us to some of the new album’s metaphysical themes, of struggling to understand where we fit in the digital age and where we are all headed.” Big themes and new ideas but still EMA keeps her noisy character.
