Eleven years after the release of their last album the Manchester-based Britrockers return with a follow-up in a world that changed in the same way like they changed as humans. NBAHP head and longtime Doves fan Norman Fleischer spoke to the band's Jez Williams about the hiatus, the way back and why the lack of relevance might not be an obstacle after all.
Two decades after its initial release the underrated debut album by the British three-piece returns to the spotlight with a new reissue and a compilation of previously hard to get bonus tracks. What a freakin' year this has been! This sentence might be more true than at any moment in the past years. The Corona pandemic had a massive impact on pretty much all of our lives, the music industry and quite possibly also the rest of society.
