Working with deconstruction, Surma explores not just the different ways in which instruments work, but takes them apart to their very core to draw new sounds from their essence. On the new record "alla", the artist applies that new fearlessness.

British synthpop veterans Depeche Mode have been shaping the world of pop and especially the electronic music scene continuously ever since they first plugged in their synthesizers back in late 1980. They inspired multiple generations of musicians and invited many of them to rework their songs over the past four decades. NBHAP head and lifelong Depeche Mode fan Norman dove deep into the remixes of the band and created not one but four tribute mixtapes dedicated to this special art form.
Electronic producer MAYA JANE COLES is about to release her first studio album in early July. The record goes by the name Comfort and today Mrs. COLES is premiering the first single from it. Everything is a collaboration with the beloved Swedish singer KARIN PARK. The musician – who’s a quite optimistic person as she told NOTHING BUT HOPE AND PASSION in an interview – gives the grooving electronic beat an interesting twist with her voice.
