Remember back in early July when we gave you a mostly unknown new act ZOLA BLOOD as Sound of the Night? Grace was a tender and sweet little lullaby for all lovers of PORTISHEAD and TRENTEMØLLER. Now, the mysterious act is not so mysterious anymore. It’s actually a four-piece band that now unfolds its second track called Meridian. They are Matt (vocals/guitar), Ed (Synth), Sam (drums) and Rob (guitar) to be correct. Their debut EP by the same name arrives on October the 9th via Pond Life.
And although these lovely gentlemen now got a face there’s still a certain undeniable magic behind their music. The hypnotic Meridian is another proof. World, watch out for ZOLA BLOOD, that’s all we can say right now. May this lovely piece guide you through the night.
