Noga Erez is not "Off the Radar" anymore. Following her 2017 debut record with the follow-up "KIDS", the singer and rapper from Tel Aviv establishes herself as a distinct musical voice. Putting on a festival in 2019 comes along with a great deal of responsibilities.
