Crafted German newcomer LA PETITE ROUGE finally presents her first own video for her song Soldier Boy. Just like our recent Sound Of The Night, Gun, the track is a wonderful piece of art, full of fragile, organic electronica and restrained folk elements.
The video fits perfectly to the wide and blurred soundscape of the track: different footage is shown in front of a violet background. Some scenes are reversed, for example there’s a man going forwards and backwards on a mountain or a sailing boat sailing its original way back. Like you’re stuck somewhere and there is no sign of progression. Although the clips differ from each other, they seem to have one thing in common: their dim colours which reflect LA PETITE ROUGE‘s music in a convincing way.
