Last week acclaimed British songwriter Natasha Khan aka BAT FOR LASHES teased new material with a mysterious hangman game and now she confirms the actual story behind it. Khan is about to release a new album called Sexwitch. It’s not an ordinary BAT FOR LASHES release like 2012’s The Haunted Man but a collaborative project with Dan Carey from psychedelic rockers TOY. On their debut SEXWITCH cover psych and folk songs from the 1970s in a quite unusual way. Khan and Carey will release their album on September 25. You can stream a first called Helelyos right here.
