Former OASIS frontman LIAM GALLAGHER worked long enough on his solo debut but now we’re finally getting actual music from the LP As You Were. Wall Of Glass is the name of his first ever single which feels like a pimped up more radio friendly version of the 1990s Britpop sound you’ve come to love (or hate) from the gentleman with that special attitude. The album is set for a release in October.
The accompanying video was inspired in part by James Bond and Bruce Lee films as he explains in a statement: ‘I did get to wear a gold Saint Laurent hooded jacket in one scene, which I convinced myself made me look like a modern day Elvis, as he loved to wear gold suits.’ Well, we think it got a pretty 90s look and also sound, wouldn’t you agree?
